We proudly offer dynamic programs for children in U5 to U16 age groups. Each program is designed with age-appropriate training and a focus on skill development in a fun, supportive environment:
- Intramural Program – Perfect for our youngest players, this program emphasizes fun and fundamentals.
- Rec Program – For older players looking to play against local teams from other clubs in a relaxed atmosphere. The emphasis on fun and participation create a low-pressure environment where players can learn and grow without the pressure of high-level competition.
- U8 Developmental Travel Prep Program – A transitional program for players ready to take their game to the next level and prepare for competitive play.
- Travel Program – For older players seeking higher-level competition and advanced skill development through team play and league matches.

Age Changes for the Fall '26–Spring '27 Season:
For the past several years US Soccer has used the player’s birth year to determine what the appropriate age group is for players. So for instance, all players born in 2018 under those rules would have made up the new U9 team this fall. That is no longer the case starting this fall. This fall US Soccer has moved to the school year model. This new model takes all the kids born from August 1- July 31st of each year to determine age brackets. So this fall players born from August 1, 2017- July 31, 2018, will make up the new U9 travel age bracket. Valley Soccer has adopted a policy of “grandfathering” current travel teams that have been playing together previously but starting this fall all new teams will be formed using the school calendar method that US Soccer has adopted. Based on this new method here is the breakdown using the new age brackets for the Fall 2026 season:
- U-9: Aug 1, 2017 – Jul 31, 2018
- U-10: Aug 1, 2016 – Jul 31, 2017
- U-11: Aug 1, 2015 – Jul 31, 2016
- U-12: Aug 1, 2014 – Jul 31, 2015
- U-13: Aug 1, 2013 – Jul 31, 2014
- U-14: Aug 1, 2012 – Jul 31, 2013
- U-15: Aug 1, 2011 – Jul 31, 2012
